## Core Duties and Responsibilities by Role
1. Team Leader Responsibilities
* Directly report to the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) to facilitate prompt decision-making regarding site restoration, minor precursor works, and engineering adjustments.
* Coordinate all technical experts and support staff, inspecting field operations and issuing written clarifications to construction service providers regarding contract requirements.
* Facilitate community engagement, socialization, and mentoring throughout the extreme poverty alleviation initiatives.
* Verify that construction providers thoroughly understand contract documents, execute tasks according to specifications, and apply optimal construction methodologies.
* Review structural analysis, quantity calculations, and shop drawings prior to on-site execution.
* Conduct regular site inspections, submit progress reports, and advise the PPK on accepting or rejecting non-compliant materials and equipment.
* Monitor daily progress schedules, manage delay mitigation strategies, and review all completed work quantities for monthly payment approvals.
* Oversee the creation of as-built drawings and archive all project designs, daily logs, and measurement records prior to provisional handover.
2. Drinking Water and Sanitation Expert Responsibilities
* Report directly to the Team Leader while adhering strictly to construction regulations, safety standards (K3), and environmental management protocols.
* Lead community socialization efforts and assist in public engagement for sanitation and water programs.
* Prepare and execute commissioning activities for pipeline networks and sanitation facilities, compiling comprehensive testing reports.
* Inspect sanitation and water infrastructure sites, ensuring contractors comply with technical drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
* Monitor daily work progress, evaluate milestones, and provide professional recommendations to the Team Leader regarding contractor payment approvals.
* Supervise the drafting of accurate as-built drawings and maintain organized archives of design documentation and site correspondence.
3. Road Engineering and Building Structure Expert Responsibilities
* Coordinate reporting procedures with the Team Leader while implementing construction safety (K3) and quality control regulations.
* Conduct community facilitation and social outreach tailored to structural development tasks.
* Plan, execute, and document testing procedures and commissioning for structural building components.
* Inspect structural work sites, guide construction providers on execution standards, and review structural calculation analyses.
* Monitor day-to-day progress, evaluate schedule adherence, and issue formal recommendations concerning material quality and milestone achievements.
* Supervise structural as-built documentation and manage project correspondence and design archives.
4. HSE / Construction Safety Expert Responsibilities
* Supervise compliance with construction safety requirements to promote orderly execution across all project zones.
* Monitor the implementation of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) documentation.
* Collaborate with contractor HSE engineers to identify, assess, and map workplace hazards, probabilities, and impact levels.
* Design and implement preventative and corrective safety programs to mitigate risks and manage workplace incidents.
* Oversee environmental management implementation to minimize ecological disruptions caused by project activities.
* Coordinate traffic safety management around project sites and maintain accurate occupational health records.

5. Inspector / Supervisor Responsibilities (Structures, Water, and Sanitation)

* Conduct periodic site visits and evaluate material samples and mock-ups submitted by contractors.
* Analyze daily work progress (opname) and assist in compiling data for final supervision reports.
* Identify potential site hazards, enforce safety protocols, record daily findings, and report discrepancies immediately to the Team Leader or Senior Experts.
* Investigate any safety breaches and apply established preventative protocols.
6. Support Staff: Secretary Responsibilities
* Organize, manage, and archive official correspondence, reports, and team research documentation.
* Prepare administrative data and supporting materials required by technical experts and the Team Leader.
* Maintain orderly physical and digital filing systems.
* Coordinate scheduling, meeting agendas, and prepare venues or invitations for project assemblies.
* Manage the distribution of information and document dispositions across the team.
7. Support Staff: Administrator Responsibilities
* Record, file, and manage all project documentation, including contracts, shop drawings, meeting minutes (MoM), and handover records (BAST).
* Maintain a structured, accessible flow of incoming and outgoing data.
* Assist in formulating work schedules, organizing meetings, and drafting accurate meeting minutes.
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress across team members and prepare milestone status reports for the Team Leader.
8. Support Staff: Drafter Responsibilities
* Review technical drawings for accurate dimensions, material specifications, positioning, and assembly methods.
* Assist in producing final as-built drawings reflecting actual field conditions upon project completion.
* Update blueprints and designs in response to team coordination, field adjustments, or architect/engineer corrections.

* Organize, secure, and archive all drawing documents and digital revision files for easy retrieval.
