## Available Project Positions: SOPHI and InPULS
The Ministry is currently recruiting for two major project streams: SOPHI and InPULS. Below are the details for the open positions and their respective requirements.
1. Planning Coordinator (SOPHI)
* Education: Master’s degree (S2) preferred (Health, Biology, Planning, Management). Bachelor’s holders (S1) with 3+ years of relevant project/financial management experience will be considered.
* Key Skills: Strong expertise in project planning, reporting, and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
* Bonus: Prior experience with international grants or government-led public health infrastructure projects.
2. Planning Assistant (SOPHI)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Public Health or Natural Sciences.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in planning or finance, ideally with exposure to international loan projects or government readiness criteria.
3. HRD Assistant (SOPHI)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or Law.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; professional experience in personnel administration or recruitment is an asset.
* Focus: Workforce planning, performance management, and office well-being initiatives.
4. Finance Coordinator (InPULS)
* Education: Master’s degree (S2) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Management.
* Experience: At least 2 years in financial management or budgeting.
* Capabilities: Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and auditing standards.
5. Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant (InPULS)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, or Social Sciences.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in performance monitoring, reporting, or data analysis.
* Tech Stack: Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a significant advantage.
6. Procurement Assistant (InPULS)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline (Law background preferred).
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in procurement, ideally involving foreign health-sector grants or laboratory equipment acquisition.
7. Data Analyst (InPULS)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
* Key Competencies: Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau). Knowledge of Python or R is highly desirable.
8. Admin & Logistic Staff (InPULS)
* Education: Diploma (D3) in any field.
* Requirements: At least 1 year of administrative experience. Responsibilities include document control, meeting coordination, and office logistics management. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
