1. Commissioning Electrical Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage installation sequences, supervise commissioning processes, maintain technical records, and resolve on-site engineering challenges.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Certified in K3 and EPC Power, with specific expertise in Oil and Gas projects.
* Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
* Fluent in English.
2. Commissioning Engineer (Major Chemical)
* Key Responsibilities: System analysis and troubleshooting, production of commissioning documentation, monitoring project progress, and facilitating final equipment acceptance.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (Chemical Engineering background preferred).
* Over 3 years of experience in chemical plant projects.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office, PnID, and isometric drawings.
* Fluent in English.
3. Field Operator
* Key Responsibilities: Managing facility operations from the Control Room, executing process control, performing troubleshooting, and overseeing wellsite proppant storage systems.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
* Proven work experience documentation.
* Fluent in English.
4. Electrical Operator
* Key Responsibilities: Commissioning and routine maintenance of electrical infrastructure, troubleshooting electrical faults, and operating SWRG/MCC equipment.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
* Relevant K3 and EPC Power certifications in the Oil and Gas sector.
* Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
* Fluent in English.
5. Paramedic
* Key Responsibilities: Providing on-site medical services, managing health hazard identification, executing emergency response protocols, and assisting the site doctor with health management programs.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience.
* Required Certifications: AK3 Umum/Migas, HIPERKES, BTCLS, and a valid STR.
* Fluent in English. Preference given to Balikpapan residents.
6. Office Clerk/Helper
* Key Responsibilities: Maintaining office and site hygiene standards and performing basic bicycle repairs as needed.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* At least 1 year of experience in cleaning services.
* Strong discipline and communication skills.
* Mechanical aptitude for bicycle maintenance is considered a significant asset.
