## Position Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our team maintains the highest standards of service and operational efficiency, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Age Requirements:
* For HRGA Superintendent: Preference given to candidates aged 35 years or younger.
* For HRGA Administration: Preference given to candidates aged 25 years or younger.
* Educational Background: Candidates should hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree, preferably in a field relevant to the position.
* Professional Experience:
* HRGA Superintendent: Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required.
* HRGA Administration: Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
* Core Competencies: Applicants must demonstrate high attention to detail, proactive work habits, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of loyalty and professional integrity.
