We are looking for motivated individuals to fill the following roles within our production and administrative departments.
1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the creation of our world-class miniature vehicles. This position offers a dynamic environment where attention to detail is paramount.
* Execute manufacturing tasks within specific departments, including Main Process, Decoration, or Assembly.
* Strictly adhere to operational standard instructions to ensure product quality.
* Maintain accurate daily production reports to track progress and efficiency.
* Minimum education level: Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent.
* Must be in excellent physical and mental health.
* Requirement: No color blindness and no dust allergies.
* Core traits: High levels of precision, agility, honesty, discipline, and professional accountability.
* Experience: Previous experience in a factory setting is highly preferred.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work under production targets, shift schedules, and overtime requirements.
* Availability: Ready to join immediately and be stationed in Batang, Central Java.
2. HR Staff
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage our growing workforce and ensure seamless administrative operations within our manufacturing facility.
* Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle hiring process, ranging from candidate sourcing and interviewing to the final onboarding stage.
* Foreign Worker Administration: Oversee all documentation and licensing requirements to ensure full regulatory compliance.
* HR Operations: Provide comprehensive support for various human resources tasks to meet the evolving needs of the company.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, or Management is preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience, ideally within the manufacturing or automotive sectors.
* Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in psychological testing tools is considered an advantage.
* Language: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) alongside strong interpersonal communication skills.
* Soft Skills: Ability to learn quickly, maintain high attention to detail, and perform effectively under pressure.
* Availability: Ready to join immediately and committed to being stationed in Batang, Central Java.
