1. Leadership Roles
* Branch Head: Responsible for branch strategy, operational excellence, financial performance, and team leadership.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, 5+ years of managerial experience in heavy equipment, strong leadership, and analytical skills. Requires SIM A.
Locations:* Papua and Banjarmasin.
2. Corporate and Finance
* Corporate Secretary & Reporting Staff: Manages corporate administration, periodic reporting, and annual reports.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Engineering, 1+ year experience, and proficiency in MS 365.
Location:* Jakarta (Cawang).
* Finance Staff: Manages cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 1+ year experience in Finance/Treasury. Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
Location:* Jakarta (Cawang).
3. Sales and Business Partnership
* Business Partnership Agriculture (Sales): Focuses on identifying leads and providing John Deere agricultural solutions.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of sales experience in heavy equipment or automotive. Requires SIM A.
Locations:* Balikpapan, Jakarta, Jambi, Palembang, Pangkalan Bun, Samarinda, Sampit, Sidrap.
* Business Partnership Engine / Industrial: Specializes in industrial product sales (gensets, tower lamps).
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of industrial sales experience. Requires SIM A.
Locations:* Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Surabaya, Makassar, Jakarta.
* Part Service Sales (PSS): Manages aftermarket sales and customer relations.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in spare part sales. Requires SIM A.
Locations:* Banjarmasin, Jambi, Sidrap.
4. Technical and Warehouse Support
* Mekanik (Mechanic): Performs maintenance and technical support for tractors and heavy machinery.
Requirements:* SMK (Heavy Equipment/Automotive), 2+ years experience. Requires SIM A.
Locations:* Jakarta, Surabaya, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Merauke.
* Foreman: Supervises mechanics and oversees tractor troubleshooting.
Requirements:* SMK/D3 Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of experience with John Deere tractors. Requires SIM A.
Location:* Merauke.
* Warehouse & General Admin / Warehouse Staff: Manages inventory, logistics, and documentation.
Requirements:* SMA/SMK, 1+ year in warehouse/logistics. Requires SIM A.
Locations:* Pontianak, Ketapang, Merauke.
* Part Admin / Part Inventory Analyst: Handles data entry, PO processing, and inventory analysis.
Requirements:* D3/S1 in Administration, Math, or Engineering with relevant experience in inventory management.
Location:* Merauke.
* General Admin & Service Planner: Coordinates technician schedules and service documentation.
Requirements:* D3 in Administration/Management, 1+ year experience.
