## Career Opportunities
We are currently expanding our team and seeking passionate, qualified professionals to fill the following roles:
1. Food Techno Commercial (Technician)
The Food Techno Commercial role is vital in maintaining high-level hygiene standards at our client sites. You will be the primary link between our products and the operational excellence of our customers.
* Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels at client sites, ensure product rotation via the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system, and guarantee no expired inventory remains on-site.
* Technical Support: Perform product demonstrations, offer on-the-spot troubleshooting, and provide comprehensive training to staff regarding the proper use of equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Maintenance & Installation: Conduct site surveys, prepare detailed pre-installation reports, perform the professional installation of machinery, and ensure total cleanliness of the workspace upon completion.
* Client Relations: Manage the delivery of spare parts, proactively remind clients to complete customer satisfaction forms, and maintain systematic daily activity reporting.
* Field Readiness: Maintain your toolkit and test kits to ensure you are fully prepared for every client visit.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar capacity.
2. IT Support Staff
Our IT infrastructure is the core of our daily operations. We are looking for an organized and tech-savvy professional to manage our digital assets and ensure seamless network functionality.
* Network & Hardware Management: Perform regular network diagnostics and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues as they arise.
* Maintenance & Backup: Manage the company’s website and internal portals, ensure consistent maintenance of office computers, and execute regular data backups, specifically for the Accurate system and other critical business data.
* Asset Management: Systematically track, label, and document IT assets to support financial reporting and administrative accuracy.
* Infrastructure Reporting: Monitor system health and escalate critical hardware or infrastructure malfunctions to senior management immediately.
* Operational Support: Assist with departmental requests and fulfill additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in IT support or systems administration.
