1. Forklift Operator (Batang & Cikarang)
As a key member of our logistics team, you will ensure the smooth flow of materials essential to our production lines.
* Safely transport finished products and supply additives to mixing units.
* Prepare resin and calcium materials for processing.
* Execute shift priorities and operational adjustments as directed by management.
* Manage reject materials for crushing and ensure workspace cleanliness.
* Perform routine forklift maintenance and promptly report mechanical issues.
* Strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards and 5R programs.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* At least one year of professional experience as a forklift operator.
* Strong understanding of forklift handling and safety.
* Physical fitness and readiness to work in rotating shifts.
* Possession of a valid SIO (Operator License) is a significant advantage.
2. Quality Control (QC) Operator (Batang)
Precision is the hallmark of our products. You will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of quality assurance.
* Monitor production against work orders and specialized inspection schedules.
* Conduct comprehensive quality checks at the beginning, middle, and end of every shift.
* Document production results, including QC Pass/Hold reports and manual inspection logs.
* Input data into OEE and QC spreadsheets.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5R principles.
* Proficiency in using precision measurement tools.
* No color blindness.
* Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Solid foundational knowledge of Quality Control protocols.
* Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
3. Warehouse Operator (Batang)
Efficient inventory management keeps our production lines running. This role requires meticulous attention to detail.
* Oversee the weighing of raw materials and coordinate supply to the production department.
* Manage additive request documentation and maintain accurate weigh-scale reports.
* Conduct regular inventory counts of additives in mixer areas and RMP.
* Foster strong inter-departmental communication to streamline operations.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Prior experience in warehouse management or a similar role is preferred.
* Commitment to shift work.
* Residency in or near the Batang area is highly preferred.
4. Mechanic Operator (Cikarang & Surabaya)
Our technical team ensures the reliability of our machinery, allowing us to maintain consistent output.
* Design and execute welding processes for production machine improvement projects.
* Perform preventive maintenance and complex repairs on machinery and tooling.
* Maintain accurate maintenance logs and daily work reports.
* Ensure all activities align with K3 and 5R safety standards.
* Minimum SMK vocational degree in Mechanical Engineering or Welding.
* At least one year of manufacturing experience in a mechanical capacity.
* Proficiency in TIG/electric welding and cutting torch operation.
* Additional skills in grinding, lathe operation, and milling are highly valued.
* Capability to interpret mechanical drawings and perform mechanical analysis.
