Operating from our extensive 2,600-square-meter facility in West Jakarta, we provide comprehensive manufacturing and repair services under one roof. To ensure precision and meet stringent technical requirements, our workshop utilizes five advanced CNC sealing machines with capacities up to 500 mm, powered by state-of-the-art Seal Master – DMH GmbH technology. We are currently expanding our expert team and invite skilled professionals to grow with us.
## Current Job Openings
We are seeking dedicated, proactive, and technically proficient individuals to fill the following positions:
1. Welder
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Skills: Expertise in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Tube and Hydraulic Rod welding.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to read technical drawings and utilize precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
* Bonus: Holding 3G–6G welding certifications is a significant advantage.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
* Education: Minimum SMK (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
* Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Assembly Operator or Technician, ideally within the heavy equipment or cylinder industry.
* Skills: Proficiency in using calipers and reading technical blueprints.
3. Sales Support
* Education: Minimum SMK.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or general clerical roles.
* Skills: Strong command of MS Office, ability to draft professional quotations, and exceptional attention to detail.
* Traits: Proactive, agile learner with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Inspector
* Education: Minimum SMK in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder, or sealing industries is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Competence in creating 2D & 3D technical drawings and extensive experience with vernier, calipers, and micrometers.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar capacity.
* Core Responsibilities: Scheduling and monitoring production cycles from raw material procurement to finished goods, as well as planning and overseeing onsite project execution.
* Leadership: Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, analytical thinking, and effective team communication.
