## Position Overview: Media Sales Executive

* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 1–3 years of proven experience in Sales or Marketing. Previous experience within the media, television, or event organizing (EO) sectors will be considered a significant advantage.
* Professional Network: Possession of an existing network of corporate contacts, advertising agencies, or direct advertisers is highly preferred.
* Soft Skills: Candidates must be highly communicative, confident, and persuasive, with a strong commitment to being target-oriented and focused on achieving measurable results.
* Mobility: You must be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. The role requires regular client visits, so the ability to work in a mobile capacity is essential.
* Logistics: Ownership of a private vehicle and a valid driver’s license (SIM) will be viewed as an additional benefit.
* Location: The position is based in Solo.
