## Career Opportunity: OCP Assistant (Purchasing TBS Assistant)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team in East Kalimantan. As an OCP Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our supply chain integrity and strengthening our relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Supplier Relations: Foster and maintain strong partnerships with farmers and Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB/TBS) suppliers through regular field visits.
* Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections and grading of FFB according to established corporate standards.
* Administrative Excellence: Prepare purchase contract documentation and ensure all FFB intake matches the Daily Production Reports (LHP) from each mill.
* Financial Reporting: Compile weekly FFB pricing documents, manage the administrative billing process, and ensure timely, accurate reporting of purchase payments.
* Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and purchasing strategies to maintain TPA’s competitive edge.
* Systematic Documentation: Maintain organized and systematic records for all FFB purchasing activities.
Required Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of three years of professional experience in FFB purchasing or as a Plasma Assistant.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
* Location: Willingness to be placed on-site in East Kalimantan.
