As we continue to grow, SAI is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Finance department. We are currently recruiting for the Management Trainee (MT) Finance, Accounting & Tax (Code: MT. FAT) position.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our operations by managing:
* Financial Documentation: Handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) while maintaining accurate journal entries and account reconciliations.
* Month-End Procedures: Assisting in the monthly closing process and conducting internal audits.
* Inventory & Tax: Overseeing monthly stock opname activities and preparing customer tax invoices.
* Vendor Relations: Managing collections, ensuring timely payments, and reconciling vendor accounts.
Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess both the academic rigor and the professional integrity to excel within our team:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; graduates from top-tier universities are highly prioritized.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with a solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles, tax regulations, AR/AP workflows, and cost accounting.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of discipline, accuracy, and personal integrity.
* Collaboration: The ability to function effectively both as an independent contributor and as a team player.
