1. PV Engineer
The PV Engineer plays a pivotal role in the technical design and viability assessment of our solar installations.
* Site Assessment: Conduct comprehensive site surveys and feasibility evaluations.
* Project Planning: Partner with the Project Manager to develop project schedules, technical schematics, cashflow forecasts, and essential documentation.
* Technical Compliance: Compile detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) in strict adherence to industry engineering standards.
2. Project Execution Specialist
This role focuses on the operational success of our solar projects, ensuring efficiency from procurement through to maintenance.
* Procurement Support: Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely component acquisition.
* Documentation & Reporting: Assist in the preparation of project-specific documentation and consolidate progress reports.
* Quality & Budget Control: Oversee project execution, perform quality control checks, and monitor budget performance against cashflow projections.
* Operations & Maintenance (O&M): Lead and supervise field maintenance, service activities, and accurate record-keeping of all site interventions.
## Required Qualifications
To succeed in these roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with exposure to solar power plant development.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated familiarity with industry-standard design and simulation software, including PVSyst, Helioscope, and Homer.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, an adaptive mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Communication: High proficiency in English to effectively collaborate within our diverse project teams.
