## Professional Administrative & Project Management Roles
1. KPI Administrator (Cibitung, MM2100)
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and report on key operational metrics.
* Responsibilities: Track daily inbound/outbound and inventory data, perform trend analysis, and create high-impact visual presentations for stakeholders using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or CorelDraw.
* Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business; advanced Excel proficiency; fluency in English is mandatory.
2. Supervisor Admin Project (Bintan)
This leadership role oversees administrative functions for our project site at PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia.
* Responsibilities: Coordinate onsite administrative teams, ensure contractual compliance, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and client representatives.
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of administrative supervision experience; strong leadership and fluency in both English and Indonesian.
3. Admin Project (Bintan)
A hands-on role focused on the accuracy of field-based project documentation.
* Responsibilities: Issue delivery orders, conduct onsite cargo inspections, report damage/shortages, and maintain clear communication with international project stakeholders.

* Key Focus: Optimizing storage, managing WMS (Warehouse Management System) operations, and overseeing end-to-end inventory accuracy.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain; 3+ years of experience. Mandarin language skills are an added advantage.
5. Inventory Admin (Medan)
* Key Focus: Inventory forecasting, cycle counting, WMS/ERP management, and ensuring strict adherence to FIFO/LIFO protocols.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Management; strong analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel.
6. Warehouse Team Roles (Cibitung, MM2100)
We are hiring for the following support positions to maintain our high operational standards:
* Warehouse Helper: Assisting in physical receiving, storage organization, and inter-departmental goods movement.
* Warehouse Checker: Verifying order accuracy, performing quality inspections, and managing shipping documentation.
