1. Head of Sports Marketing Management Division
We are looking for a strategic leader capable of driving commercial growth and enhancing the visibility of national sports assets.
* Developing comprehensive business plans, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
* Implementing rigorous marketing risk management protocols.
* Executing the commercialization of sports assets and services.
* Age: Maximum 40 years.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, or Management.
* Professional Experience:
* Minimum 7 years in marketing roles.
* Minimum 3 years in a Sales or Marketing Manager position.
* Minimum 2 years within the sports industry.
* Essential Skills: Proven leadership and managerial expertise, deep understanding of market analysis, and advanced negotiation capabilities for strategic partnerships.
2. General Division Staff
This role is essential for maintaining efficient administrative workflows and supporting the agency’s public communication initiatives.
* Managing public relations activities and corporate branding.
* Overseeing comprehensive filing and archival systems.
* Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to executive leadership.
* Age: Maximum 28 years.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Management, Communications, Office Administration, Archival Studies, or Secretarial Science.
* Professional Experience: Preference given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in PR, social media management, marketing, or secretarial duties.
* Essential Skills: Proficiency in office technology and digital software, strong attention to detail, and expertise in managing information flow and executive protocols.
