## 1. Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP)
This program is tailored for ambitious engineering graduates eager to launch their careers in a fast-paced, multicultural industrial environment. We are looking for talented individuals who thrive on innovation and technical excellence.
* Chemical Engineering
* Electrical Engineering
* Material Engineering
* Industrial Engineering
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in the relevant engineering fields mentioned above.
* Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.
* Willingness to be stationed at any PT Sentosa Laju Sejahtera site location.

## 2. Fresh Mechanic Development Program (FMDP)
The FMDP provides a clear pathway for high school graduates to gain technical mastery and professional experience within the mining sector.
* Minimum education: SMA/SMK (specifically Science/IPA stream).
* Minimum height of 163 cm.
* Strong physical and mental health.
* Minimum average academic score of 7.00.
* A comprehensive one-year program featuring both classroom learning and hands-on On-the-Job Training (OJT).
* Integrated curriculum covering technical skills alongside soft skills such as discipline, work ethics, and leadership.
* Consistent financial support through a monthly stipend.

## 3. Fresh Operator Development Program (FODP)
Designed for local talent residing near our operational sites, this program focuses on building operational excellence and safety-first work practices.
* Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
* Minimum average academic score of 7.00.
* Minimum height of 162 cm.
* Excellent physical health, specifically non-color blind and strictly drug-free.
* Not currently under any other service bond or employment contract.
* Must be a resident of the surrounding mining area.
* Flexibility to be deployed at any SLS operational site.
