Primary Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining our manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest output quality. Key responsibilities include:
* Team Coordination: Organizing, supervising, and managing all team tasks to align with company planning, operational procedures, and work standards.

* Education: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience within the timber or gesso industry.
* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in understanding and implementing ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex industrial workflows.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and a decisive approach to problem-solving.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
* Location: Ability to be stationed at our production facility in Jombang, East Java.
