1. Management Trainee - Production
The Production Management Trainee program is engineered to develop future operational leaders who will oversee our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, formulate, and execute strategic plans to optimize daily factory operations.
* Monitor and enhance production efficiency and effectiveness to ensure strict adherence to quality benchmarks and performance key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Foster cross-functional collaboration with related departments to seamlessly achieve collective company targets.
* Mentor, guide, and evaluate team members to boost individual productivity and collective departmental success.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or Electrical Engineering with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Open to fresh graduates, or candidates with a maximum of one year of professional working experience.
