1. Sr. PSC Management Officer
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Finance, or Petroleum Engineering.
* Experience: At least 8 years within the Oil & Gas sector.
* Core Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of Exploration & Production (E&P) business models and technical-commercial knowledge concerning Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs), Gas Sales Agreements (GSAs), and Utilization Agreements (UAs).
2. Sr. Risk Management & Emergency Response Officer
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience: 8–10 years in E&P, petrochemicals, or high-hazard industries.
* Key Skills: Expertise in Incident Command Systems (ICS), emergency protocols, and large-scale drill coordination.
* Professional Advantage: Proficiency in incident investigation techniques (e.g., TapRooT, Tripod Beta, SCAT).
3. Maintenance Planner
* Education: Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: 8–10 years in oil and gas maintenance activities.
* Key Skills: Mastery of SAP PM, Maximo, or similar CMMS tools; familiarity with reliability engineering methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, and RBI.
4. Administration Assistant
* Education: Diploma in Business Administration or Management.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in office management or administrative support roles.
* Core Attributes: Exceptional time management, high level of detail-oriented accuracy, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
5. Mechanical Technician
* Education: Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Polytechnic background preferred).
* Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in offshore environments.
* Key Responsibilities: Maintenance of rotating equipment (compressors, pumps, gas turbines) and static assets.
* Preferred Certifications: MIGAS or DISNAKER Pedestal Crane operation, and OEM training for Solar Gas Turbine Generators.
6. Instrument Technician
* Education: Technical Diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics.
* Experience: 10+ years of field experience in offshore or petrochemical process industries.
* Key Responsibilities: Proficiency in DCS (Honeywell preferred), SIS, and FGS systems.
* Preferred Certifications: IEC 61511 functional safety training and hazardous area certifications.
