## Requirements for Prospective Candidates
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who align with our core values of proactivity, adaptability, and excellence. To be considered for the Batch 2 Management Trainee program, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a D4 or S1 degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality, Marketing, Psychology, Communication, or Business Administration.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is considered a distinct advantage.
* Industry Passion: A strong, demonstrated interest in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.
* Interpersonal Abilities: Superior communication and adaptability skills, with a track record of active participation in organizational activities.

## Program Commitment and Relocation
Successful candidates must be prepared to fully commit to the rigors and opportunities provided by this 12-month development program:
1. Training Location: Candidates must be willing to undergo the initial one-year training program based in Malang and Surabaya.
2. National Deployment: Upon completion of the training year, candidates must be ready for placement in any of our operational territories across Indonesia.
3. Selection Process: You must be available to participate in the User Selection process, which includes a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and a User Committee Interview. This can be conducted offline at our Head Office in Malang or via online platforms for candidates residing outside of Java.
