## Job Opportunity: Production Specialist Operator
We are currently looking for a dedicated Production Specialist Operator to help maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. In this role, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products reach customers in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will focus on the operational integrity of our machinery and the consistency of our production line. Specific duties include:
* Machine Operation: Operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to meet daily output targets.
* Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and ensuring the cleanliness of equipment in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all produced items meet our established quality benchmarks.
* Reporting: Documenting and submitting daily reports regarding production output, raw material consumption, and any technical bottlenecks encountered during the shift.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must demonstrate technical aptitude and a commitment to workplace safety. We invite candidates with the following qualifications to apply:
* Educational Background:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in production operations.
* Diploma (D3) graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
* Professional Attitude: Ability to work effectively in a team, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving technical issues.
