* Educational Background: Possession of a D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Environmental Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar SHE capacity.
* Certifications: Must hold a valid AK3 Umum (General Occupational Health and Safety) certification.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in training awareness for SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems).
* Professional Expertise: Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in setting up and successfully implementing SMK3 in an industrial workplace.
