1. Accounting, Tax, and Treasury Intern
* Job Responsibilities: Review VAT returns (SPT PPN), manage tax invoices, prepare documents for Corporate Income Tax Returns (CITR), assist with audit evidence preparation, support billing processes, and contribute to tax and accounting compliance policies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree student in Accounting or Taxation (minimum 5th semester); committed to a minimum 6-month internship; strong grasp of basic accounting and tax principles; familiar with policy drafting; proficient in basic Microsoft Excel; equipped with strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, analytical, and problem-solving skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
2. Finance Business Development Intern
* Job Responsibilities: Conduct internal and external market research, perform financial analysis on peer companies, prepare data materials for reports and presentations, and support competitiveness projects.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree student in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting (minimum 5th semester); available for at least 6 months; capable of reading financial statements and understanding accounting fundamentals; skilled in business and journal research; proficient in Microsoft Excel; possesses excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
3. Operation Planning Development Control Intern
* Job Responsibilities: Support the drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational data reaps, and monitor operational performance metrics.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree student in Industrial Engineering (minimum 5th semester); commit to a 5-month internship minimum; strong command of English; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exhibits strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities.
4. Operation Development Intern
* Job Responsibilities: Support Safety Programs (reports, issues, and events), assist in drafting SOPs for Passenger DMS, monitor and report internal driver performance, oversee the JO Kumis Kaizen Project, assist in upcoming driver recruitment, and support Driver Training Program improvements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree student from any relevant major (minimum 5th semester); available for a 6-month internship; proficient in Microsoft Office; possesses basic design skills (Canva or Photoshop); strong public speaking and interpersonal skills; excellent analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
5. Supply Demand Management Intern
* Job Responsibilities: Collect and analyze customer requests from the operations team, collaborate with supply and operations units to ensure alignment, draft customer proposals, manage end-to-end administrative processes, ensure transporter adherence to company standards, monitor transporter KPIs (delivery punctuality, damage rates, customer satisfaction), and handle SLA violations or rate disputes.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree student in Business & Management, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (minimum 7th semester); commit to a 6-month internship; mastery of Microsoft Office and administrative tasks; exceptional interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
6. Fullstack Developer Intern
* Job Responsibilities: Analyze requirements provided by Business Process Analysts prior to project development, execute front-end and back-end development tasks along with documentation, resolve system bugs, and compile technical documentation including user guides, system designs, and project reports.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree student in Information Systems (minimum 7th semester); available for a 6-month commitment; familiar with programming languages (JavaScript, Java, Python, etc.) and MySQL; capable of producing technical documentation; critical thinker with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
7. Paralegal
* Job Responsibilities: Assist in drafting legal documents, conduct legal research and analysis, and manage routine administrative duties for legal documentation.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree student in Law or Business Law (minimum 5th semester); commit to at least 5 months; prior internship experience is an advantage; robust interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
8. Human Capital Business Partner Intern
* Job Responsibilities: Support culture internalization and innovation programs, business process mapping, organization rejuvenation; execute freelance headhunter recruitment and management from end-to-end; handle ad-hoc recruitment tasks (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling); build employer branding initiatives; assist with Performance & Reward Management research and materials; collaborate with the Human Capital team on employee wellness programs and internal engagement events.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree student in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Psychology (minimum 5th semester); available for 6 months; foundational knowledge of corporate Human Capital practices; exceptional communication, teamwork, and adaptability; detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
9. Vehicle Business Development Intern
* Job Responsibilities: Process and analyze data related to vehicle procurement, maintenance, and insurance claims; execute business process analysis and improvements for vehicle management and paperwork processing; support administrative tasks in vehicle management.

11. EHS & Marketing Communication Intern
