## Career Opportunity: Recruitment Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR department in Medan. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and organizational development. Through our internal development programs, including job rotation and personalized training, we ensure that every member of our team reaches their full professional potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Utilize diverse channels including job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases to identify top-tier talent.
* Handle essential HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee and intern databases, drafting employment contracts, and managing recruitment documentation.
* Work effectively toward recruitment targets and meet strict deadlines.
* Coordinate and travel for off-site recruitment activities when necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology.
2. Experience: Prior experience in recruitment or HR administration is preferred; however, fresh graduates with relevant HR internship experience are welcome to apply.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential.
