Lotte Data Communication is currently seeking a strategic and results-oriented HRGA Manager to oversee human capital and general affairs operations. Key Responsibilities
The HRGA Manager will play a vital role in optimizing workplace culture and ensuring legal and operational compliance. Key duties include:
* Staff Lifecycle Management: Leading end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies.
* Performance Oversight: Driving global performance management frameworks to align individual output with company goals.
* HR and GA Operations: Managing comprehensive Human Resources and General Affairs administration.
* Compensation and Compliance: Overseeing payroll administration, PPH21 tax compliance, and competitive benefits packages.
* Policy Governance: Drafting, implementing, and enforcing HR policies, standard operating procedures, and ensuring adherence to employment laws.
