## Core Responsibilities of the Field Helper
As a vital member of our operations division, your day-to-day duties will revolve around maintaining our hardware network and ensuring our power bank stations are fully operational. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Hardware Deployment & Removal: Safely install and dismantle power bank rental machines at various partner locations.
* Logistics & Heavy Lifting: Assist with the transportation, loading, and unloading of equipment to and from different sites.
* Troubleshooting: Conduct initial diagnostics and resolve minor technical errors when machine malfunctions occur.
* Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance procedures to prolong the lifespan of the equipment.
* Reporting & Communication: Promptly communicate any complex technical issues or site-specific challenges to the relevant internal teams.
* Mobile Operations: Travel flexibly across designated areas according to daily company requirements and schedules.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
We believe that a strong work ethic and a positive attitude are far more valuable than years of formal experience. You do not need a background as a certified technician to apply. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Education: Minimum high school graduate (SMA or SMK equivalent).
* Physical Fitness: Physically healthy, robust, and capable of performing manual labor such as lifting, moving, installing, and dismantling heavy machinery.
* Learning Agility: Eager to learn new tasks and strictly adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Work Ethic: Highly responsible, disciplined, and possessing a professional attitude toward work and colleagues.
* Teamwork: Capable of working efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Licensing & Transportation: Must possess a valid Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle. Holding a valid car driver's license (SIM A) and proficiency in driving manual or automatic cars will be considered a significant advantage.
