We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the following positions to support our growing production and operational needs:
1. Purchasing Staff
We are looking for a procurement professional to manage our end-to-end supply chain activities.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Expertise: Solid background in Export-Import operations, including experience with shipping lines, forwarders, and freight forwarders (EMKL).
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English.
2. Personnel (HR) Staff
This role is vital for maintaining our organizational efficiency and managing our workforce of over 1,000 employees.
* Qualifications: S1 degree in Informatics (IT) is mandatory.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR or Payroll staff in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
* Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas) and HRIS software.
* Responsibilities: Managing monthly attendance reports, tracking employee status changes (promotions, demotions, transfers), and overseeing shift schedules and overtime calculations.
3. Automation Technician
Join our maintenance team to ensure the peak performance of our high-tech manufacturing machinery.
* Qualifications: D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA, industrial networks, and electrical wiring.
* Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems and electrical schematic reading.
* Preference: Candidates with manufacturing experience and relevant automation/electrical certifications are highly encouraged to apply.
4. Unit Head of Quality Assurance (QA)
Ensure the excellence of our products from raw material intake to the final finished product.
* Qualifications: D3/S1 degree in Chemical Engineering.

5. Warehouse Staff

* Eligibility: Under 35 years old; prior warehouse experience is preferred.
