## Join Our Team: Logistics Operations Analyst
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Operations Analyst to join our team in Surabaya. This critical role oversees the distribution center for finished goods, managing a facility with 2,200 pallet positions. You will be responsible for driving warehouse productivity, ensuring strict adherence to compliance audits, and maintaining a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless flow of goods from our facility to the customer. Key duties include:
* Operational Oversight: Supervise daily domestic deliveries and coordinate finished goods transfers to Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Fulfillment, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning teams to ensure the flawless execution of monthly sales targets.
* Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on warehouse costs and productivity, implementing root cause analysis alongside corrective and preventive measures.
* Cost Management: Co-manage operational budgets and lead cost-saving initiatives.
* Compliance & Safety: Uphold the highest standards of SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), quality control, and regulatory compliance.
* Process Excellence: Manage periodic cycle counting, throughput productivity, and the movement of inventory within the SAP system.
* Team Development: Foster a culture of growth by developing the leadership skills of direct reports and subordinate staff in alignment with regional capability programs.
Professional Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
2. Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
3. Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
