## Management Trainee (Production)
We are looking for technical experts ready to take on challenges in our production lines.

Academic Requirements:
We invite graduates from the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, and Chemical Education.
Key Qualifications:
* Male, minimum age of 21.
* Degree (D3/S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Possession of relevant technical certifications (CAD/AutoCAD, Electrical K3, BNSP Technician, Welding Inspector, etc.) is considered a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 is highly preferred.
