PT Glico Wings Indonesia is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control (QC) Lab Helper. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of food safety and product quality that define our brand.
Core Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: Possession of a high school diploma or vocational degree (SMA/SMK) specializing in Chemical Analysis or Industrial Chemistry.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in Microbiology Quality Control within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), dairy, food, or beverage sectors.
* Fresh Graduates: Talented graduates who have completed internships or vocational training (PKL) focused on laboratory quality control in the relevant food and beverage industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding and practical experience regarding microbiological testing procedures.
* Flexibility and Availability: Ability to commit to a three-shift work schedule.
* Work Location: Must be willing to be stationed at our facility in West Karawang.
* Onboarding: Successful candidates should be prepared to join the team as soon as possible.
