## Current Job Openings
We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following roles. All positions require a high level of problem-solving skills, leadership potential, and an active background in organizational activities.
1. Management Trainee (Warehouse, Production, Maintenance, Utility)
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of manufacturing experience.
* Core Attributes: Strong desire to learn, analytical mindset, and proven leadership capabilities.
2. Maintenance Operator
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with two years of relevant manufacturing experience are welcome.
* Core Attributes: Demonstrated technical expertise in maintenance operations and strong troubleshooting skills.
3. Production Operator
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Core Attributes: Ability to work effectively within production teams, coupled with proactive problem-solving abilities.
## Supervisory Roles
We are looking for seasoned professionals to fill senior-level positions, ensuring our high standards of production and compliance are maintained.
4. Maintenance Supervisor
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
* Experience: Minimum of five years in a Maintenance Supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of textile production machinery, Autonomous Maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance strategies.
5. General Affair Supervisor
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law or Human Resource Management (MSDM).
* Experience: Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
* Specialized Skills: Expertise in company licensing, including proficiency with OSS and Proper systems. Certification in ISO 9001:2015 and AK3U is highly preferred, alongside strong industrial relations skills.
