1. Tender Administration
The Tender Administration role is vital to our growth strategy, requiring a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage complex project documentation.
* Prepare, organize, and compile comprehensive tender documents to meet project requirements.
* Coordinate across various internal departments to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
* Oversee the timely submission of tenders while strictly adhering to established procedures.

* Maintain an organized database of all tender information and project leads.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any field.
* 1–2 years of experience in Tender Administration, preferably within fabrication, construction, or the oil and gas industry.
* Strong understanding of tender processes, documentation, and contract structures.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Management Representative (MR)

* Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.

* Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Prior experience in the fabrication, EPC, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
