Marine and Crane Operations (Batam Placement)
1. Operator Gantry Crane
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a shipyard environment.
* Possess an active SIO (Operator License) and relevant certifications.
* Proficient in lifting, moving, launching, delivery, docking, and undocking processes.
* Strong commitment to safety and 5S standards.
* Must be a resident of Batam.
2. Helper Gantry Crane
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Gantry Crane Helper in a shipyard.
* Hold an active SIO and relevant certifications.
* Familiar with shipyard lifting and docking operations.
* Commitment to maintaining safety and 5S protocols.
* Must be a resident of Batam.
3. Operator Crane
* Experience as a Head Crane operator.
* Competent in material handling for engine unit processes.
* Hold an active SIO and relevant certifications.
* Must be a resident of Batam.
Quality Control and Engineering (Batam Placement)
4. QC Hull & Outfitting
* D3 degree in Engineering, preferably Naval Architecture or Ship Systems.
* At least 2 years of experience in QC Hull & Outfitting in a shipyard.
* Skilled in weld inspection; certified in NDT, WI, or WE.
* Capable of creating weekly progress reports and upholding safety standards.
5. QC Piping & Mechanic
* D3 degree in Engineering, preferably Naval Architecture or Ship Systems.
* Minimum 2 years of shipyard experience in Piping & Mechanic QC.
* Proficient in weld inspection with NDT, WI, and WE certifications.
Supervisory and Technical Support
6. SPV Hull & Outfitting (Batam Placement)
* D3 degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture preferred).
* 3+ years of experience supervising New Building Hull & Outfitting projects.
* Ability to manage schedules, project team coordination, Class/Subcontractor relations, and PICA reporting.
7. Technical Support (Jakarta Placement)
* D3 degree in Naval Architecture or Ship Systems.
* Manage warranty claim processes, perform onboard inspections, and conduct root-cause failure analysis.
Operations and Logistics (Banjarmasin Placement)
8. Safety Officer (Patria Maritim Lines)
* D3 in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience with a mandatory AK3 Umum certification.
* Expertise in JSA creation, safety patrols, employee induction, and K3 training.
9. Warehouseman (Patria Maritim Lines)
* High school diploma or D3 degree.
* Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience; SIO for Forklift, Crane, or Truck is preferred.
* Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
