## Production Operator Role Overview
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill the position of Production Operator. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our premium products meet the high expectations of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, your daily tasks will include:
* Operating production machinery in strict accordance with provided work instructions.
* Maintaining all production equipment and ensuring the workspace remains clean and organized.
* Executing regular cleaning protocols for both production areas and technical machinery.
* Upholding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S methodology while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Taking full accountability for the quality of the products handled during your shift.
* Meeting daily production targets as established by management.
* Providing accurate reports on production output to the Production Team Leader.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Possess a minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification.
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of personal hygiene and sanitation practices.
* Possess foundational knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
* Display a high level of attention to detail, discipline, and professional responsibility.
* Must be willing and available to work in a rotating shift system.
