## Open Positions and Qualification Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals to fill various roles across our national project sites.
Engineering and Project Management
* Project Manager: Male, max 40, S1 Civil Engineering, 5 years of experience. Must excel in operational strategy, team coordination, and project standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project is preferred.
* Site Manager: Male, max 40, S1 Civil Engineering, 3 years of experience. Must be adept at reading technical drawings, creating RAB (Budget Plans), and project management.
* Site Engineer: Male, max 30, D4/S1 Civil Engineering, 1 year of experience. Requires strong skills in technical drawings, RAB creation, and general construction management.
* Project Cost Control: Male/Female, max 30, D3/S1 Civil Engineering, 1 year of experience. Must be proficient in MS Excel and RAB documentation. Based in Surabaya.
Technical and Field Operations
* Drafter: SMK/D3/D4/S1 Civil/Building Engineering. Minimum 1 year experience producing precise technical drawings using AutoCAD.
* Surveyor: Male, max 35, SMK/D3/D4/S1 Civil/Building Engineering. Requires 1 year of experience, proficiency in Total Station tools, and land development knowledge.
* Field Supervisor (Pelaksana Lapangan): Male, max 35, D4/S1 Civil Engineering, 1 year of experience. Capable of technical drawing interpretation and RAB management.
* Welding Inspector: Minimum D4/S1 Welding or Mechanical Engineering. Must hold BNSP certification, NDT Level II, and understand international codes (ASTM, API, ASME, JIS).
* Mekanik: SMK Mechanical Engineering. Skilled in maintaining construction machinery such as concrete mixers, pumps, and vibrators.
Support and Administrative Roles
* Logistics Project: SMA/SMK education, 3 years of logistics experience. Candidates based in East Java are preferred.
* Internal Audit: Female, max 35, S1 Accounting, 3 years of experience. Prior work with a Public Accounting Firm is highly valued. Based in East Java.
