Candidate Profile and Qualifications
We are looking for forward-thinking fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to make an impact. To be considered for the LEAP program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from a reputable local or international university in one of the following disciplines:
* Industrial Engineering
* Environmental Engineering
* Electrical Engineering
* Chemical Engineering
* Mechanical Engineering
* Physics Engineering
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with no more than two years of professional experience.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated leadership experience and professional proficiency in English.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at any BRC unit, including our facilities in Kuala Tanjung and Medan, and the flexibility to attend the selection process in Jakarta.
