## Warehouse Administrator: Role Overview
We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organized Warehouse Administrator to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of our supply chain and maintaining the integrity of our pharmaceutical inventory.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Management: Accurately input and update data regarding all incoming and outgoing stock.
* Operational Reporting: Prepare and manage comprehensive warehouse documentation and analytical reports.
* Compliance Oversight: Strictly enforce and follow HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), quality, and warehouse compliance protocols.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate effectively with related departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
* Stock Monitoring: Conduct regular cycle counts and stock opname to maintain real-time inventory visibility.
* System Utilization: Operate integrated warehouse and ERP systems, including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
* Documentation Integrity: Ensure absolute accuracy and completeness of all shipping and storage records.
Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: Possess at least one year of experience within the pharmaceutical sector, with a profound understanding of warehouse and supply chain management.
* Technical Expertise: Proven competency in material handling procedures—including receiving, storing, weighing, and shipping—strictly adhering to GMP/CPOB standards mandated by the Ministry of Health and BPOM.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical equipment, specific industry production processes, and rigorous documentation standards.
* Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong verbal and written English communication skills.
