## 1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
Are you an experienced legal professional with a strong background in employment law and labor relations? We are looking for an astute Industrial Relation Senior Specialist to manage our workforce relations and safeguard company compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve both litigation and non-litigation legal matters.
* Oversee union relations and foster positive employee relations across the organization.
* Draft comprehensive legal opinions and robust legal standings.
* Prepare, draft, and meticulously review Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* Maintain proactive external relations with government bodies, specifically the Manpower Office (Disnaker) and the Industrial Relations Court (PHI).
Candidate Qualifications
* Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
* Demonstrates professional fluency in English, both written and oral.
* Brings a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working as an Industrial Relation Staff member within a manufacturing environment.
* Possession of a valid advocate certificate is considered a strong advantage.
* Willingness to be based on-site at our Plant in Gempol, Pasuruan Regency, East Java.

* Plan and schedule annual internal audits alongside comprehensive internal audit risk assessments.
* Consolidate and recapitulate internal audit findings into structured monthly and quarterly reports.
* Coordinate closely with various departmental sections to address and resolve internal audit findings.
* Execute thorough internal audits to guarantee strict adherence to corporate product safety policies.
* Facilitate and support preparations for upcoming pre-external audit inspections.
Candidate Qualifications
* Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a directly related scientific discipline.
* Possesses strong verbal and written proficiency in English.
* Minimum of 2 years of dedicated working experience as a QA Internal Auditor within the manufacturing sector.
* Willing to be stationed at our Plant in Pandaan, Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competencies
* Comprehensive knowledge of internal auditing standards based on ISO 19001:2015.
* Familiarity with global quality standards including BRC, HACCP, and Critical Control Points (CCP).
