## Open Positions and Qualification Requirements

1. Field Production (Corn & Sweet Corn)
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agronomy with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Gender: Male.
* Requirements: A strong passion for field-based work; willingness to be stationed across East and Central Java.
* Selection Process: Candidates must be available for an offline selection process in Pare, Kediri.
2. Field Inspector (Corn & Sweet Corn)
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agronomy.
* Gender: Male.
* Requirements: Demonstrated capability for field operations; willingness to work throughout East and Central Java.
* Selection Process: Candidates must be available for an offline selection process in Pare, Kediri.
3. Production Administration (Corn)
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Agriculture, or Public Administration (FIA) with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Gender: Male.
* Requirements: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; must be willing to be based in Pare, Kediri.

4. Field Production (Vegetables)
