Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this rigorous leadership pipeline, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Gender & Age: Male applicants with a maximum age of 25 years old.
2. Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
3. Academic Excellence: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
4. Mobility & Commitment:
* Fully willing to be placed anywhere across our operational network in Indonesia.
* Willing to reside in company-provided housing (mess) throughout the duration of the training period.
* Willing to commit to a 2-year official service bond (ikatan dinas).
5. Health & Wellness: Physically and mentally fit, with no history of color blindness.
6. Readiness: Fully prepared to undergo a demanding and intensive training schedule.
