## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background:
* Industrial Engineering (Degree/Diploma) for the IE position.
* Law, Management, or related fields (Degree/Diploma) for EXIM and HR roles.
* Senior High School certification for the Pattern Maker position.
* Professional Competencies:
* In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Employment Law (required for HR/People & Culture).
* Proven experience in the respective field (mandatory for HR and Pattern Maker positions).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel (required for IE and HR).
* Functional command of the English language across all roles.
* Soft Skills:
* A disciplined approach with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Exceptional communication skills to navigate our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
