## Candidate Requirements
To ensure we maintain our high standards of operational excellence, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Must hold a D4 or S1 degree in a field relevant to the position applied for.
* Professional Experience: Candidates are required to have a minimum of 3 to 6 years of proven experience in a comparable role.
* Geographic Flexibility: Applicants must be prepared and willing to be stationed in our operational areas within Central Kalimantan (unless applying for the Jakarta-based Workshop Officer role).
