## Open Positions: Operations and Logistics
PT Kimberly-Clark Softex Indonesia is currently accepting applications for the following positions in March 2026. These roles are managed in partnership with PT Hutama Karya Anugerah Persada.
1. Operator Packer
The Operator Packer plays a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of product output. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Executing product packaging processes in strict accordance with company SOPs.
* Ensuring all packaging is neat, accurate, and meets quality control benchmarks.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
2. Operator Pallet Mover
As an Operator Pallet Mover, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe transport of materials throughout our facility. Key duties include:
* Operating pallet moving equipment in full compliance with established safety protocols.
* Transporting materials securely and accurately to designated locations.
* Conducting routine maintenance checks on equipment and upholding workplace safety standards.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).

Specialized Requirements for Pallet Mover Candidates:
* Certification: Possession of a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) registered with TemanK3 is mandatory.
* Technical Proficiency: Previous hands-on experience operating a pallet mover will be considered a distinct advantage during the selection process.
