## Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Logistics Operator plays a vital role in ensuring our production and supply chain processes run with maximum efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining operational integrity, managing inventory flow, and ensuring that our facility adheres to the highest standards of safety and organization.
Key Requirements for Success
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who possess the technical aptitude and initiative to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational degree (SMA/SMK). Preference is given to graduates with backgrounds in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial maintenance.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate production machinery and a clear understanding of Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Maintenance Knowledge: Competency in basic preventive maintenance, including visual inspections, lubrication, and minor component replacement.
* Logistical Skills: A solid understanding of supply chain workflows, including accurate storage management and meticulous inventory record-keeping.
* Operational Requirements: Must hold a valid SIM A driver’s license and possess the certification and ability to operate a forklift safely.
* Digital Literacy: Proficient in basic computer systems, including Microsoft Excel and manual inventory management software.
