## Current Job Vacancies
We are currently recruiting for specialized roles at our facility in Tanjung Morawa, North Sumatra. These positions offer a unique opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced and reputable manufacturing environment.
1. Production Staff
The Production Staff plays a vital role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of product quality.
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Professional Experience: Previous experience in production or the manufacturing sector, particularly within the food and beverage industry, is highly desirable.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of production workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to snack manufacturing.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise and coordinate manpower (MP) within the production area to achieve daily targets.
* Quality Oversight: Proficiency in monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing cycle to ensure all outputs meet company benchmarks.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with production teams and other internal departments.
2. Internal Auditor Staff
Our Internal Auditor Staff is responsible for safeguarding company assets and ensuring compliance with both internal policies and international safety standards.
* Educational Background: Open to all majors (D3/S1), though candidates with degrees in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Management Economics are preferred.
* Experience Level: This position is open to fresh graduates; however, prior experience in auditing or food manufacturing will be considered a significant advantage.
* Compliance & Policy: Ability to collaborate with various departments to update, refine, and implement internal control policies and procedures.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of internal regulations and specific industry policies related to food production.
* Safety Standards: Familiarity with essential food safety and quality management systems, including:
* Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
* Good Handling Practices (GHP)
* ISO 9001 standards
* Analytical Thinking: Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify areas for operational improvement.
