1. Operational Administrator
As an Operational Administrator, you will keep our daily workflows running smoothly by managing critical documentation and system updates.
* Minimum Education: Diploma (D3) in any major.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience as an Operational Administrator, preferably within the logistics industry.
* Key Competencies:
* Proficient in managing and tracking delivery receipts (surat jalan).
* Skilled in data entry for internal systems, report generation, and document archiving.
* Advanced proficiency in data processing using Microsoft Excel.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Work Location: Delta Silicon, South Cikarang – Bekasi.
2. Service Advisor
The Service Advisor acts as the vital link between fleet maintenance operations and administrative precision, overseeing vehicle readiness from inspection to final checkout.
* Minimum Education: Diploma (D3) in a technical field, with an Automotive major strongly preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year working as a Service Advisor.
* Key Competencies:
* Solid understanding of heavy vehicle engineering, including preventive and corrective maintenance, core automotive systems, and parts catalogs.
* Proven ability to monitor repair schedules through to the final quality check.
* Well-versed in administrative procedures related to Work Orders (SPK) and daily maintenance reporting.
* Flexibility to work in shifts when required.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Work Location: Makassar.
3. General Repair Mechanic
We need hands-on mechanics to maintain and troubleshoot our commercial truck fleet, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability on the road.
* Minimum Education: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Light Vehicle Engineering, Automotive, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience: Demonstrated expertise in truck maintenance, troubleshooting, and general repair.
* Key Competencies:
* Capable of handling emergency roadside assistance (storing) and field service operations.
* Resilient under pressure with the ability to perform effectively both independently and in a team environment.
* High standards of personal integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
* Flexibility to be deployed across any PT Seino Indomobil Logistics workshop location as needed.
* Work Locations: Pasuruan, Gresik, and Surabaya – East Java.
4. Body Repair Mechanic
Bring your specialized fabrication and repair skills to our workshop to maintain the structural integrity and appearance of our heavy-duty fleet.
* Minimum Education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, or equivalent.
* Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience working in a vehicle body repair workshop, welding shop, or commercial vehicle bodybuilder (Karoseri).
* Key Competencies:
* Possess a valid driving license (SIM A).
* Holding a formal welding certification is considered a distinct advantage.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.
* Dedicated team player who can also operate independently.
* Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.
* Willing to be assigned to any PT Seino Indomobil Logistics workshop facility.
* Work Locations: Makassar – South Sulawesi, alongside Pasuruan, Gresik, and Surabaya – East Java.
