1. Manufacturing Operator
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be at the heart of our production success. Your primary goal is to ensure high-quality output while maintaining a safe and efficient workstation.
* Operational Excellence: Execute daily 5S activities, perform machine warm-ups, and verify master samples to ensure smooth production flow.
* Maintenance Support: Assist the Production Leader in routine preventive maintenance and keep accurate records of production logs.
* Efficiency Management: Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet cycle time targets and minimize unplanned downtime.
* Quality Control: Adhere strictly to working instructions to maintain zero-defect standards and reduce scrap rates.
* Safety Compliance: Operate machinery safely, immediately reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions to your supervisor.
* Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to upgrade technical competencies and skill matrices.
* Minimum education: SMK or SMU graduate.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly is preferred.
* Proactive, physically fit, and able to work well in a team or independently under pressure.
* Basic proficiency in English (passive capability is acceptable).
* Computer literate (MS Word and MS Excel).
* Willingness to work in shifts, rotate schedules, and perform duties in a standing position for extended periods at our Lippo Cikarang facility.
2. Logistics Operator
The Logistics Operator role is vital for maintaining the accuracy of our supply chain. You will manage the flow of components from receipt to delivery, ensuring that production remains uninterrupted.
* Incoming Logistics: Manage unloading processes, verify shipments against invoices, and ensure accurate documentation in SAP POE.
* Inventory Control: Perform regular inventory counts, maintain efficient material layouts, and manage FIFO (First-In, First-Out) systems.
* Delivery Coordination: Prepare delivery notes, handle re-packing, manage palletization, and ensure accurate Goods Issue (GI) processes in SAP.
* Internal Milkrun: Facilitate material flow by updating Kanban systems and Heijunka boards to support production planning.
* Equipment Upkeep: Perform daily checklists and maintenance for material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet stackers, and hand trucks.
* System Mastery: Utilize Microsoft Office, SAP POE, SAP PA5, and Power BI to manage data and workflows.
* Fresh graduates with a technical engineering background are encouraged to apply.
* 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations is highly desirable.
* Basic English proficiency is required.
* Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office suites is a significant advantage.
