## Job Overview: HR Generalist at PT QJmotor Industry Indonesia

* Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee accurate payroll processing, along with comprehensive compensation and benefits management.
* Compliance & Statutory Administration: Handle the complete administration of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, ensuring strict adherence to current Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
* Employee Relations & Development: Spearhead performance management initiatives, foster employee growth, and maintain meticulous, compliant HR documentation.
* Operational Excellence: Utilize strong organizational capabilities to streamline daily human resources functions and resolve workplace matters efficiently.
