1. Management Trainee – Manufacturing
This position is designed for high-potential individuals ready to fast-track their career within our manufacturing facilities.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
* Age: Fresh graduates aged 26 or younger.
* Skills: Exceptional conceptual and analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a target-oriented mindset.
* Preferred Experience: Previous exposure to Production, PPIC, QC, Warehouse, or Maintenance within a manufacturing environment is a significant advantage.
* Requirements: Must possess a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C required; SIM A optional) and have access to a vehicle.
