* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.

* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of foundational production machinery, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
* Operational Competency: Ability to accurately read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and complex process parameters.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrates foundational leadership capabilities, effective team collaboration, high discipline, strict attention to detail, a strong willingness to learn, and readiness to work in a shift-based system.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Technician at MAGI, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of manufacturing excellence. Your daily duties will include:
